Amy Nichols for County Commissioner

Amy Nichols is a successful business owner in Portland who decided to step into public service to enact change within her community. To kick off her campaign and ensure her voice was strong and deliberate, she enlisted our team to build her campaign website and campaign videos.

DMG worked closely with Amy and her campaign team to design and develop the new website, plan and execute a photo and video shoot, and deliver a compelling and meaningful candidate highlight video.

With an emphasis on standing out from the competition and establishing a sophisticated design, we ensured that Amy Nichols could effectively communicate her passion for Clackamas County. The end result is a website that not only reflects her commitment to her principles, but also showcases her roots as a business woman.

We crafted Amy Nichols’ campaign messaging by emphasizing her 24-year business success in Portland, commitment to Clackamas County’s progress, and her dedication to addressing critical issues. We took this messaging strategy, assessed her competition, and gave the messaging a canvas to live on in web form. Our strategy was to build a website with a design meant to bridge the gap between both sides of the political aisle and focus on real issues, not just political fluff.

Our experts in our video department consulted with Amy and her campaign manager to understand her goals and ideas. From this discovery process, we drafted 3 video scripts and planned a half-day shoot-on location to capture all the assets she would need to launch her campaign. The combination of the messaging strategy, web design and video scripts provided a creative roadmap to ensure all visual assets truly embodied Amy’s spirit. The results speak for themselves.
