DMG works with a regional chain of 70+ coffee shops in the Northeast.
When the brand launched a new breakfast menu item, our client came to us with the request of increasing interest from existing customers and acquiring new customers from other coffee and fast-food places that served breakfast.
We created and ran ads through social media from influencer created content and their handles using a data set created from the client’s current customers and competitors’ customers during the hours of 5am-930am in the morning. The first flight of the campaign ran for one week and the request from existing customers and additional transactions from new customers made the menu item test an always available menu item.
